A limited press crafted from heritage cider apples, blended with Nonpareil to create a crisp, dry, still cider. This is our driest cider and one that tends to divide opinion in the Taproom. If you love a properly dry cider, this could well be your favourite. If you prefer something sweeter, it probably won’t be!
